Books that Don't Have Endings

There is nothing that makes me angrier than when authors don't finish their books. I don't think it's clever, and I don't appreciate having things "left up to the reader's interpretation." Author, you brought me into your world, please don't just leave me hanging!
When I was younger, I was an AVID Jodi Picoult reader. I literally read every single one of her books up until I read one of the ones on this list. Unless I am forced, I will never read another Jodi Picoult book. I do not trust her after I was let down by that book.
This list contains spoilers, for obvious reasons. But I hope I can save you the trouble of picking up these books only to be extremely disappointed. Most of them weren't bad books while reading them, but there's nothing worse than being let down after enjoying a book so much.
---------------------------------------- Spoilers Ahead ------------------------------------------------------------
Good Morning, Midnight (2016) by Lily Brooks-Dalton
When You Finish Saving the World (2020) by Jesse Eisenberg
House Rules (2010) by Jodi Picoult
These are the ones that have affected me the most profoundly as of late. I'm sure there will (unfortunately) be more added to the list. And I am yet to read a book in which I enjoyed this stylistic choice. I wish authors would take this out of their bag of tricks!
